As a Captain you get to choose who is right for ROTA.
The questions you ask when recruiting are:
1. What does ROTA stand for?
2. What are 2 disrespectful violations of the Code of Conduct?
3. What are 2 other violations of the Code of Conduct?
(Can choose other questions)

You can always give hints to help out the recruit.
Don't be afraid to say no if they haven't paid attention.
Your job also includes:
       -Making sure the recruit gets put into the correct colors.
       -Making sure the recruit sends a friend request to the BRANCH ACCOUNT.
       -Making sure the recruit has the correct motto.
       -Making sure to inform the recruit of the meeting times and where to find them.

You will also need to send a message to the branch account in this format:
Date - when he/she was recruited
Recruit - the gamertag of the percon being recruited
Recruiter - who recruited the recruit
Who read the C.o.C - should be a sergeant
Who asked the questions - should be you as a captain
(PASS/FAIL) Whether or not the recruit passed or failed

NOTE: You can send this message from xbox.com which will save a considerable amount of time.
