Here is what you do! #1) Meet someone in matchmaking or talk to someone in your friendslist about ROTA, if they are interested in joining, take your recruit to a HALO 3 lobby. #2) Go to your branch's accounts friends list (example: ROTA GUARDIAN) and view it's friends list. #3) look for someone online that has SGT or LT in their motto, and send them a text msg saying you have a recruit and you need their help, and an invite to your game, it's their responsibility to read the code of conduct to your recruit and also to find someone to evaluate. *If there are no SGT or LT's online look for a CAPT a MJR or CMNDR and above to help you too. you should be able to find someone without problems! let your recruit know it might take a couple minutes for someone to finish a game. *Whoever evaluates, it's their responsibility to make sure the recruit has done everything correctly, however you can have your recruit set them up as much as they know/can with their motto/emblem/colors, or have your SGT or LT help you too. #1 most important thing for evaluators, is the friend request to the branch account and evaluation msg.
