ROTA - Plan Of Action(PROMOTIONS)
Today, I sent out a few branch messages about a new change in the clan. This is going to be temporary and not permanent, but it should definitely make a large impact on our clan. Here are the Changes that will Happen:
(This will Include ALL Members in ROTA)

-Privates  will be able to be Promoted to Sergeant by: Recruiting at least ONE Quality Member, Registering to this Website, and Reading the Code of Conduct to a Captain or Above. (Code is in the Code of Conduct Section)

-Recruits will be able to be Promoted to Corporal by: Recruiting Two Quality Members and Registering to this Website.

**ROTA Members that were promoted from Private to Sergeant will have to Recruit Two more Quality Members and Read the Code of Conduct to incoming Recruits.

We Hope to:
1.
Gain More members on our website
2. More Middle Staff
3. A Lot more Strong Recruits
4. More SGT's to Read Code of Conduct

THIS WILL BE TAKING EFFECT FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, SO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.

NOTE: Promotions from Lt.+ will be normal. This means that there will be a waiting time period between the promotion of SGT and LT in addition to the SGT doing their required job.

If you have a Recruit, then please have them go into their colors, emblem, and motto. After doing so, contact a SGT or Above on the Branch List to take care of all else in order for a recruit to be officially part of ROTA.
